A Weekend Of Innovative Fitness Activities At Mandarin Gallery

Hi lovelies,

On Saturday, I attended a Surf Set workout organized by Mandarin Gallery.

It was my first time trying out a Surf Set workout and surprisingly, it was quite easy to balance on the surf board.

It was surely a great workout for the core muscles. I had no problem when it comes to arms and legs workouts but for my abs, totally no strength! It was trembling.

If Surf Set workout is not challenging enough, try doing Yoga on a Surf Set.

Mandarin Gallery is the first shopping mall in Singapore to introduce a series of curated lifestyle concepts to engage mainstream consumers. Senior Marketing Manager of OUE Limited, Claudia Chua, said, “We hope to set new trends in retail by bringing curated lifestyle concepts to the mall. The immersive activities reinforce the consumers’ physical experience at Mandarin Gallery, where they can shop, eat and play all in one space.”

Other than Surf Set workout, there were other classes like Pop Barre and Silent Yoga on Saturday and Sunday with a total of 6 classes opened to all on each day.

The Gallery Experience series of pop-up events is a monthly affair at Mandarin Gallery, focusing not only on fitness but also other lifestyle activities including food & beverage as well as arts & craft themed events.

Consumers can look forward to the next edition of The Gallery Experience which is set to take place in April next month.
