My Culinary Adventure at CulinaryOn!

Hi lovelies,

I am happy to introduce a fun and educational place to learn cooking in Singapore!
CulinaryOne is Asia's largest edutainment culinary studio which is perfect not just for cooking, but also entertaining friends and guests.

The spacious 7,000 sq ft studio, by far the largest cooking studio in Asia, can be divided into a conference room and 4 event areas, each with its own cooking stations, chef table, and a bar. The welcoming space is great for parties, master classes, teambuilding activities and more.

CulinaryOn can cater for every delicious occasion - be it an intimate gathering of friends or a stylish corporate event of 200 - as there are over 300 dishes and 30 ready theme sets from all over the world to choose from.

Each master class cooking session is hosted by an executive chef, a sous chef, an event master, a bar man and a photographer. Under the attentive guidance, participants will get to whip up three fabulous dishes in just three hours. iPad-based step-by-step recipes are also available for the guests’ convenience.

At the master class cooking session at CulinaryOne, I learnt to whip up Pasta with Shrimps and Ruccola, Chocolate Lava Cake and Vanilla Ice-cream. The class was led by Chef Daniel.

For the start, we need to get the ingredients ready for our pasta, and since it was a pasta with shrimps, I was tasked to remove prawn shells and cut them.

After the ingredients for the pasta were done and set aside, we moved on to make our Chocolate Lava Cake first since the cake requires baking time.

It was an interactive experience with the Chefs as we learnt to make our food with our hands. Along the way, we laugh at one another's 'masterpiece' but luckily the chefs were around to save our mistakes.

The making of the Vanilla Ice-cream was an unforgettable experience as we froze the ice cream mixture with liquid nitrogen. With the remaining liquid nitrogen, we also made frozen marshmallows and did dragon's breath with them. It was simply fantastic!

Here's the completion of our Chocolate Lava Cake with oozing chocolate. The vanilla ice-cream was also done perfectly with a strong milky, vanilla flavour which appeals very much to my tastebuds.

Next, we got to handmade our pasta from scratch, right from the mixing of flour and egg.

Here's the completion of our handmade pasta which tasted very well with the shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

If dinner wasn't enough, CulinaryOn also had dinner spread prepared for us. We had too much scrumptious food at CulinaryOn!

After the cooking class, I received a certificate of graduation. Wow, I can finally cook! (But maybe not as delicious as Chef.)

Ending off with all the beautiful and suave people I met at the cooking class.

Located in the heart of the vibrant Central Business District at One Raffles Place, the studio is just a few steps away from the renowned Fullerton Hotel and the Raffles Place MRT Station, which is an easy access for everyone.
