Review: Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner and They're Real Remover

In one of the Bellabox's monthly samples, I got to try out the sample sized of Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner and Benefit They're Real Remover which I have been interested in getting my hands on.

After trying these 2 products, I am satisfied with the results and would like to share my reviews with everyone.

First up, let's talk about the Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner.

I love the thin and sleek design of this eyeliner. It is easy to grip as it feels like holding on to a flat pencil.

There is a plastic stopper at the tip, which we have to remove to reveal the opening of the eyeliner.

Squeeze the base of the tip to "push up" the eyeliner to the tip of the applicator.

The application is pretty simple without any resistant as the eyeliner spreads out easily.

Here's my LOTD with the  Benefit They're Real Push Up Liner on my lash line.

My thoughts:
I love its soft rubbery tip (Accu-Flex tip) which feels gentle on my skin yet firm in the application of the eyeliner, making it easy to draw a firm line along my lash line with precision because of its acute angle. It may work difficult in initial tries but after a few tries, application becomes much easier. This eyeliner works up to its standards as it is waterproof when coming into contact with water and smudge-proof too when I tried rubbing them off, and it is long-lasting too! I love the intense black shade of this eyeliner and also the defined finish of this eyeliner on my eyelids.

My rating: 4.5/5

As mine is in sample sized, I may not be 100% accurate with the packaging and application method, so you might want to watch these videos for a more accurate way of using this liner.

Lastly, let me share about the Benefit They're Real Remover.

I love the classy black, cross patched design on the box. :))
For this remover, it comes in a tube with a seal to protect the hygiene of the content inside before using and we only peel off the seal when we're going to use it.

Ok, putting the Benefit gel liner to test to see if this remover can cleanse off the liner.

My thoughts:
The remover comes in a gel-creme kind of texture and it turns into almost liquid form after gently spreading the remover over my skin. It does takes a while (approx. 30 seconds) working together with gentle pressure on the skin to melt the liner. For general face cosmetics like BB cream, CC cream and powder blusher, the Benefit They're Real Remover could easily cleanse them off. In overall, although this remover takes a while to cleanse off waterproof eyeliner and mascara, but the thoroughness of removal of makeup is still commendable and remarkable.

My rating: 4.5/5

That's the end of my review. Feel free to ask by leaving a comment if you have any questions.

Wishing everyone a great week ahead! :))
