GlamoGirl's Glam Rocks Featuring Dirty Works and Exposed

I was invited to the exclusive launch of GlamoGirl’s Glam Rocks! at Naumi Hotel’s Executive Patio Suites weeks ago where we celebrated GlamoGirl’s official launch with a PJ party and pampering session trying out Dirty Works (skin care and bath products) and Exposed (nail lacquer)!

Upon arrival, I was given a set of bedroom slippers and GlamoGirl pyjamas to change into.

GlamoGirl is a Singapore import channel established just this year and GlamoGirl is dedicated to bringing in the best of affordable English cosmetic products, with brands such as Dirty Works and Exposed.

Knowing that every girl has a secret yearning of being a glamorous rock star, GlamoGirl wants to show the best of her beauty treasures to help uncover the rock star in you. Armed with Dirty Works’ excellent range of skincare products and Exposed’s professional nail lacquer, even Plain Janes will be transformed into glamorous rock stars!

Indulge and be pampered with Dirty Works’ various scrubs, washes, butters and lotions, while colouring your world with Exposed’s 72 exhaustive shades of nail lacquer. With such a wide range of products, GlamoGirl has decided to segregate them according to the following: Wet Works, Dry Works and Mani / Pedi.

3. Moisturise my skin and makes it feel really smooth.

Make-up and other impurities are removed in one simple step, leaving your skin looking and feeling fruity fresh. Anti-oxidant properties protect your skin against aging, while skin-soothing Marshmallow and Cranberry Extract help nourish and moisturise.
What I love about this facial wipe:
1. Big in size
2. The wipe is smooth in texture
3. Well moist yet not drippy.
4. Nice fruity scent
5. Great for lazy day when I just want to remove makeup fast and easy.
Downside for this product is that it does not remove waterproof makeup.

Dirty Works Wake Up Call Face Wash
Leave your skin blissfully clean and clear of impurities! With moisturizing Chicory Extract, Cotton Seed Oil (rich in Vitamin E) and radiance-boosting Papaya Extract, skin is effectively cleansed and refreshed.

What I love about this face scrub:
Love the fine scrub size and the scent of this product but can't tell if it works to revitalise dull, tired skin.

What I love about this face mask:
I didn't get to try this product on my face so I shall reserve my comments about the effectiveness of this product. But in terms of the texture, this face mask is really easy to spread out and feels smooth, unlike other clay masks with tiny beads feeling.

Retails at: S$19.90 (100 ml)

Dry Works Station:

There is a wide range of products at the dry works station but I didn't get to try everything, so I'll just share products that I tried.

Dirty Works Supreme Cream Body Butter/ Dirty Works Coconut Caress Body Butter

Dirty Works Supreme Cream Body Butter
Rich yet lightweight, Dirty Works’ Supreme Cream Body Butter contains Shea Butter and Sweet Almond Oil to leave your skin feeling silky smooth all day long. Too much is definitely never enough!
What I like about this body butter:
1. Definitely the soothing scent. The scent smells really like the Dirty Works Buff Your Stuff Body Scrub.
2. Love the rich moisturising texture, yet does not feel greasy on the skin.

Retails at: S$15.90 (300 ml)

Dirty Works Coconut Caress Body Butter
Cocoon yourself in this sumptuous body butter, lightly fragranced with Coconut Oil. Deliciously decadent, treat yourself to Dirty Works’ Coconut Caress Body Butter for silky soft skin.
What I like about this body butter:
The texture is the same as the above body butter and it works to give the same moisturising effect, except that the scent of this product is different (coconut scent).

Retails at: S$15.90 (300 ml)

Dirty Works Bling It On! Shimmer Lotion

Give skin a radiant glow for instant red carpet glamour, and be prepared to dazzle with Dirty Works’ Bling It On! Shimmer Lotion. Send pulses racing while ensuring skin is hydrated with this lightweight moisturising lotion.
What I love about this shimmer lotion:
The shimmers are very fine and not excessively shiny, so you can always top up the lotion on your body till you reached your desire shine intensity. Although the lotion comes in an orangey colour, but it does not change the colour of your skin after application. For people with darker skin tone, you may have to apply more lotion so that the shimmers are more visible.

Retails at: S$19.90 (200 ml)
